Make Mortal Online accessible to women players. It will round-out the world and help develop the community, one that will keep people coming back.
There are too many "lone wolfs" in roleplaying games, and having relationships, even just simple friendships that extend from circles of friends will make the world more "real" and immersive.
There are certain games out there that tend to attract a larger-than-normal percentage of female players, and they do it by respecting the fact that women think a little differently than males, and catering to their interests. MO should include elements that help foster communication and commitment between others.
Here's one that struck me immediately; players should be able to sit down around the campfires. Just this simple act would allow people to sit and communicate. Women players (I know this from experience, ladies) tend to want to congregate and talk. They tend to want to do it regularly.
Imagine how a small village would no longer be a collection of prop buildings and npc vendors, but a welcoming place where the women of the village tend to their crafts (and their own kills of course) and make the village a more welcoming place.
